This elite upperclass of hooligans reside in the Orbital Sky Colonies, below the ruined Da'athian SpaceStation, and only come down to scrapyards and junk heaps of Malkuth to incite chaos and feed their sick lust for turning purity into unnatural mutating abominations emitting melting hues of toxick light.
